The Senior for Cash Management has responsibilities which include fund disbursements and daily reporting. Cash Management requires teamwork and cooperation with other internal departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Investment.

Responsibilities include

  • Monitoring daily hospital cash position.
  • Controlling and verifying cash balances on deposit at financial institutions.
  • Moving funds from concentration accounts or other accounts to where they are needed.
  • Funds Transfers including Wires/ACH.
  • Responds to information requests from Accounting Staff, such as wire transfers, account balances, debits and credits, and assists in monthly closing if necessary.
  • Banking relationships, including reviewing required banking products and bank account reconciliation.
  • Prepares and places strop payments for Account Payable disbursement checks and Payroll.
  • Verify and process Positive Pay exceptions.
  • Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payments via automated accounts payable system.
  • Coordinates intercompany transfers for operating and investment purposes.
  • Understand and adhere to Cash Management policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as required

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university.
  • Minimum three years of Accounting or Financial Analysis experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.

Salary Range:

$74,000-$113,000/Annual
