Making It Possible
Healthcare professionals come to NewYork-Presbyterian for some element of superior access: access to superlative environments and leadership, to well-funded research, to one-of-a-kind technology. Working here, you’ll be rewarded in many ways, including pay. As you grow professionally, we also support your personal growth.
Our benefits, provided to you and your family, are both comprehensive and adaptable. We pride ourselves on delivering a benefits program that’s fair and equitable. Since we’re always seeking new ways to better address the needs of our people, we regularly review and make changes as needed.
NewYork-Presbyterian is proud to offer NYPBeHealthy, a wellness and prevention initiative designed specifically for our staff. Through NYPBeHealthy, all employees will have access to new, innovative programs to help meet their individual health goals.
As of April 14th, 2015, NYPBeHealthy is launching a free and confidential wellbeing coaching program for all NYP employees. NYP's Wellbeing Coaches are wellness professionals who help transform employees' personal wellness goals into action. These trained Coaches will offer assistance with stress management, diet and exercise maintenance, time management, and a variety of other concerns to further support our employees.

NewYork-Presbyterian owns 950+ residential apartments located in close proximity to the Washington Heights section of Manhattan. Washington Heights is fast becoming one of New York’s hottest residential communities, where the Old World charm of pre-war architecture meets the cutting-edge of art and culture. Washington Heights is only a short subway ride to midtown (subway lines 1, 2 and 3).
For your convenience, we offer a web-based service that helps you carpool to work. Launched in collaboration with the New York City Department of Transportation, CommuterLink allows employees to match and locate eligible car-pools based on where you live and work. By commuting with a colleague, you’ll save money on gas, tolls, parking and vehicle wear and tear.
To facilitate fun and camaraderie, we host an active range of intramural sports clubs and teams. We compete against colleagues and other hospitals and organizations in the metro New York area. Some of our teams include:
